Boys Club - Westfield Tryouts
Tryout Info
Teams will be 16 and under and 18 and under.
Tryouts Dates:
- September 18th from 3-5pm at Union Catholic in Scotch Plains
- September 20th from 7-9:30pm at Roosevelt School in Westfield
Players should attend BOTH tryouts nights if possible
Items Needed for Tryout Night
- $50 Tryout fee - cash or check made payable to "Essex Volleyball Club"
- USAV Medical Release Form (see below)
- USAV Proof of Membership (see below)
Before Tryout Night
You must do all of the following
- Fill out the Tryout Registration Form on this page
- Register for a GEVA Membership – Click here to begin GEVA Registration
- Please select the player option
- Be sure to select the Developmental choice– if you do not make a team GEVA does not give refunds (do not get full membership until you make a team)
- Please select the player option
- Print and complete the Junior Medical Form (above)
- Print out the membership confirmation registration form and card – they will be needed for tryouts
Membership to GEVA cannot be completed at the door. You MUST preregister.
PARENTS MUST be the PRIMARY account. Add your son to the account after registering.
